An introductory EMS Trial Session in Jolt include a private consultation, a 20 minute EMS training session, and a 5 minute compression session. The frequency of EMS sessions will depend on your personal conditions and wellness goals. Some athletes train up to 3 times a week with EMS however we see that most people can comfortably commit to 2 EMS sessions per week, with 2 days of rest in between. Whatever you’re after, we’ll work around your goals.
